We believe that each of us have been called to Live on Mission for the glory of God, sharing with others the hope that we have found in Jesus. We also believe it is the job of the church to help equip believers to live out this mission well.
On Sunday, October 27th, our missions’ partners from Beloved and Beyond will be coming to Cross Lake to lead a special Equipping Class. They will be sharing with us how to care for, love, and share the hope of Jesus with the special needs community. The aim of the course is to help familiarize you with common disabilities and equip you with ways to lovingly share Jesus with those that God places in our church and in our life. If you are a kids ministry volunteer, if God has placed a member of this community in your life, or if you want to be prepared to share the hope of Jesus with anyone God may place in your life, then you don't want to miss this course.
The course will be after service on the 27th and will begin at noon. The class time is about two hours.
